When we set the price, is there a minimum or maximum amount that can be set?
The minimum amount is $2, at the moment there is no limit for the maximum amount.
Can we add more than one price tier?
At the moment, it is not possible to have multiple price tiers. Although this is something our developers are already working on and it will be available soon.
How can we set an ad-free RSS feed? Do I have to re-upload the content in order for it not to have commercials?
In order to set an ad-free RSS feed, you would need to create a new podcast and upload your content again.
If your episodes are not available on your device, you can temporarily deactivate the Ad Exchange, download the episodes from your CMS and re-upload them again in a new podcast.
Has the content got an expiration date for access? Or has the Supporters club link got an expiration date?
There is no expiration date either for the content link or for the Supporters Club link, you can always use the same link.
What are the limits on the number of users/no of channels?
There is no limit for the number of podcasts you can activate the Supporters Club on. Also there is no limit for the number of subscribers they can support your podcast.
