When we set the price, is there a minimum or maximum amount that can be set?
The minimum amount is $2, at the moment there is no limit for the maximum amount.
Can we add more than one price tier?
At the moment, it is not possible to have multiple price tiers. Although this is something our developers are already working on and it will be available soon.
How does the ad-free episodes option work?
When the ad-free episodes option is enabled, hosts can mark individual episodes as ad-free. Subscribers with a Supporters Club membership will then automatically receive access to these ad-free versions as part of their subscription.
Has the content got an expiration date for access? Or has the Supporters club link got an expiration date?
There is no expiration date either for the content link or for the Supporters Club link, you can always use the same link.
What are the limits on the number of users/no of channels?
There is no limit for the number of podcasts you can activate the Supporters Club on. Also there is no limit for the number of subscribers they can support your podcast.
