No audio recorded from Microphone

what do I do can't here what I recorded.The test plays but it has no sound.

    Hello Martha,

    looks there's an issue with your microphone: you can't hear anything, because no audio has been recorded from your microphone. A couple of checks to do:
    1. If you have an external microphone, ensure it's correctly connected to your computer
    2. Ensure the microphone volume in the Windows Audio Mixer is high (about 80%) and not muted
    3. When you open the console you have to click "Allow" both on Chrome permission to access Microphone and Flash permission dialog
    4. After you opened the console, right-click in any place over the console, then "Settings" and check that the selected input device is your microphone

    Does any of the above solve your issue?
